Concept Concierge is located in London, Ontario. We are a personal assistance company dedicated to enabling our clients to enjoy life better. We manage our clients 'to do' lists, those everyday tasks and chores which stand in the way of you enjoying time to relax or preventing you from focusing on your key priorities. Restoring the balance between work and life is our key goal, smoothing the process of completing both personal and work commitments and allowing you to reclaim valuable time to live life.Through the innovation, dedication and high standards of our management team we are able to resolve issues and delight our clients with exceptional standards. We are available to serve executives, VIP's and higher echelon managers and regular families who have just too much going on.
Through our vast range of services we can cover the full spectrum of needs, from a simple grocery shopping errand to running an in-house concierge program for major corporations, hospitals or academic institutions.

Professionalism, Integrity, Confidentiality
Principals
At the core of our management team are Jeremy and Patricia Wiggell of London, Ontario. Originally from the UK, Jeremy was public-school educated in England, has a Bachelors degree in Physiology. Having spent many years in the service industry, Jeremy has wide experience in serving all the needs of corporations and business owners as a business consultant. He has spoken at business conferences in the UK, Israel and Cyprus in the past and has featured in a distance learning course used by a major automotive manufacturer. He has experience in event planning and has worked with national household names such as Honda Motor Company.
Patricia has a wealth of experience as a first-class administrator. She works with a passionate attention to detail and is an excellent communicator she has spent many years in the service industry where she has delighted employers and clients alike. During her career she has been head-hunted by a national company to provide client relationship services of large companies and has done work for household UK names including Securicor.
We are fully bonded, insured and hold police clearance certification.
Service Providers
Concept Concierge carries out it's services with the highest standards of quality and integrity. We always strive to remain within our own sphere of expertise. The variety of work that we could be asked to undertake can mean that we require specific expertise which we feel requires expert knowledge, therefore we utilise service providers to assist on these occasions. Every partner we work with is a leader in their field and has been thoroughly screened prior to their engagement, thus assuring that Concept quality is preserved.
